My experience was fantastic. I was able to get in the same day I called to schedule an eye exam. Dr. Bonanni was wonderful. She listened and was personable. Melissa, the licensed optician who helped me purchase my 2 pairs of glasses, was amazing and knowledgeable. It has been 19 years since I wore glasses after LASIK, and everyone made the experience so easy and smooth. I drove 2 hours to the Clifton Park store, and it was worth it!
I was new to the virtual exam experience and I must say it wasn’t bad at all. I was walked through what was happening and to happen. Everything went smoothly. From start to finish the team there is great!
