This place will take your money for sure, but you won't be treated properly. I went there three years ago complaining of side pain. Apparently, the staff for a scan had left for the day, so they could not give me the proper medical care, sent me home with no explanation. Turns out I have a tumor on my kidney - which two years later, is causing more pain and now is most likely much bigger than two years ago. Thanks for the incompetence.

Didn't even get to see the doctor bc of the front desk's confusion. They didn't know what an insulin pump sight was. Saying they couldn't help me even after explaining my needs. Urgent care is a place I can get an emergency prescription for my pump & insulin when my normal prescription lapses and I run out before I can pick up more. Disappointed in the lack of knowledge even when the front desk assistant got a nurse, she wasn't even aware of what the basics of diabetic needs. Shame shame

The place looked dirty. The staff was nice. They felt bad about the situation.. however, I understand that it is Christmas Eve. They turned entire waiting room away because the doctor did not show up like he was supposed to at 7 AM. He would not be arriving hopefully by 9 AM.. that is unacceptable. People get sick they go to your facility for care and you can't get a doctor on staff on time to handle them people that is very unprofessional
