DiNapoli Opticians - Clifton Park, NY

I learned more from the optician at Dinapoli Clifton Park about my vision issues than I learned from the three opthamologists I've seen recently. They also spend more time with you than your doctor will. This is the best place to buy glasses!

I went here for a new pair of prescription glasses. An amazing experience. The woman spent a lot of time measuring, fitting and addressing my concerns. She explained everything that she did. I chose a pair of glasses and liked the fit right away. I asked her not to change the fit. She explained why they would need adjusting. She obviously has had a lot of experience and seems to be a perfectionist. YAY. Before I left she asked me to stay while she readjusted the glasses that I was wearing. They feel so good now. I didn't think that there was any hope for this old pair.

I made an appointment to get my eyes checked and if necessary some new glasses. I arrived at the store on time, the door was locked, but promptly opened where the young lady asked my name and took my temperature. I filled out a few standard questionnaires and the Doctor took me into the room. It took a while because he was extremely thorough with the examination. He suggested a correction for my glasses, then had me put my old glasses on and put 2 lenses on top and told me that was the correction I needed.
