I have been a patient here for over 20 years. This is the best dental practice in the capital district. Every part of the practice is quality service. Dr. King is excellent. Thorough, compassionate, and professional. The hygienists are friendly, professional, and caring. The front office staff is the best of all the ones I deal with. Always helpful, informative, and courteous.
I've been going here for at least 15+ years and I wouldn't change. I'm am very afraid of the dentist and dental work. My very first dental issue was a root canal and cap. Dr King understood my fears and explained the procedure his dental assistant stayed in the room the whole time and kept checking on me to ensure I was doing OK. He also recommended "gas" which I gladly accepted. Since then I have had a few dental procedures with no issues. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and I find his dental hygienist professional and courteous. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the variety of dental plans that they deal with to ensure that everything is covered or if needed assist with the paperwork for financing. I have recommended Dr King to my family and friends and I highly recommend this office.
I don't know what could've been done better. My concerns were addressed. My provider was personable, efficient, and respectful. I was told all lines of clinical reasoning. It was great and I'm happy to trust these people with my teeth. A great find!
