From the online scheduling to picking out my glasses, the experience was amazing. Dr. Samin is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and he took his time to walk me through the pictures of my eyes. The staff were amazing and patient as well.

My husband and I have been customers for 10 years, always loved the doctor, the selection and the personal service provided. Since going from private to corporate ownership , there has been a definite shift in style of service. The eyewear selection has changed , the pricing is not as transparent and the customer service has lost some quality. Contemplating a possible change to another privately owned practice.
