Last year I went to another hair dresser one time out of convenience and that hairdresser destroyed my beautiful long brown thick hair. She bleached my hair and melted my hair and left me with a lot bald spots. I went back to Theresa to see if there was anything she can do with all the bald spots and my hair was absolutely destroyed“
