By far one of the best veterinarian clinics I’ve been to. This should be the golden standard for every clinic out there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. I’m giving 5 stars for my visits due to the excellent and compassionate care my rabbit received. My rabbit had a severe infection going through multiple layers of her skin. They did a surgical removal of dead and infected tissue a few days after examining her. The wound was on her neck, and the first day we were there (we had just come from the ER vet) they took her in the back and checked her and later bandaged her wound. I want to preface this by saying the ER vet did NOT bandage her wound, and I feel terribly that we should have asked him to. I would recommend anyone to bring their exotic pet here. We have brought all of our rats here after having bad experiences with other vets local to us. We drive over an hour to get there because it is extremely worth it for the proper care of our rats. We have had appointments with multiple different vets and have met almost all of the vet techs and they are all wonderful and knowledgeable. I always have a lot of questions to ask and they are always more than willing to answer and help out anyway they can.
