We want to Thank the staff in Clarence for taking such great care of us after getting a chip on our weekend trip. We took the chance and went directly to the closest Safelite which was backtracking to Clarence. It was the right choice!!! They were able to fit us in and get us back on the road, fixed and safe! Thank you for saving our trip not having to worry about a full replacement over the whole weekend. ?

I had an amazing experience with Safelite! When my windshield cracked, I made an appointment through my car insurance company. Little did I know, my appointment didn't go through. But the staff was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process of securing an appointment. The technician worked on my car immediately and repaired my windshield in a matter of 15 minutes. Mind you this was 30 minutes before they closed for the day. I was so impressed with Safelite's speedy, convenient service and their staff's warm, courteous attitude. Five stars all the way! I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever need auto glass repair or replacement.

Was super quick. Dropped my car off early and it felt like it only took minutes for the job to be done. Awesome atmosphere in the waiting area and the lady behind the front desk was super nice! Definitely recommend.
