So this is what my plow service #Peerlesslandscaping. Refuses to speak to me when told he has made it worse for us. 15’+ feet not cleared. Tells me I don’t understand anything and everyone is like this. Hung up on me. Refuses to come back. Uh nope. Those who have their driveways cleared have them cleared. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 2nd year in a row he has screwed us. Never again. That is a tape measurer that ends at 10’.

Very poor service. Owner gets angry for complaining about poor service. I hired him to snow plow and shovel for the season in 2020. Plowing was not done on time, left couple of feet of snow near the garage door, plowed onto and blocked my sidewalk. Damaged my lawn, which he refused to repair. Most of the time shoveling needed repeated reminders and was incomplete even after informing him repeatedly. In February, when I complained about the service, he got angry and discontinued the service because I complained. Promised me a full refund and than did not give the refund. For starters, the owner Jim has clearly got anger management issues..I texted him several weeks ago, my first interaction with him, to let him know the lawn was overgrown.., we had signed our contract for one a week cut... the lawn was so overgrown that the grass was sprouting... all that I was expecting in response was ‘I’ll take care of it today’ as we had signed for Friday or Saturday cut, it was a Saturday, and the lawn clearly had not been cut in well more than 1 week... instead I got a call immediately back stating that there were heavy rains this week, and claiming it had been cut within a week, blah blah blah, asking if I understood that rain caused the...read full review
