I have been getting deep tissue massage on a regular basis for over 20 yrs. now. Valerie has been my massage therapist for about 5 yrs and is by far the best I've had! Very professional and excellent at her job! She is strong, consistent and really listens to your needs. Highly recommend!!

Valerie is an exceptional deep tissue massage therapist and highly skilled at dealing with things like old sports injuries, muscle strains and nagging pain. She listens intently and is very good at addressing specific client concerns. I was fortunate to discover MHMT more than 5 years ago when I asked for recommendations and suddenly realized how many of my friends and colleagues had been utilizing her massage services for more than 10 years! You can expect an enjoyable, effective and relaxing massage, ample off-street parking, professional (and affordable) service, and an extremely comfortable atmosphere in a quaint, small-town setting!
