Chris is just the best. He is so kind, understanding, patient, and most of all willing to help. He takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel bad for asking questions. I recommend him to everyone because I know they will never be disappointed. I will never use/trust anyone but Chris and Gamin for my home.

Very professional, efficient and every dollar worth the service here! I would highly recommend Gamin for your regular heating & cooling service or emergency use, much much better than some of the WNY competitors. Here is the story: My furnace stopped working on the Christmas Day, due to a pressure switch issue. Called around town, only Roy replied my phone call, and scheduled a visit first thing next morning. Then early in the morning, Chris called me before arrival, and ran diagnostic immediately. He confirmed my speculation and it was indeed because of a bad pressure switch. He changed that quickly, meanwhile, gave me some education about my 18-year old furnace and parts, how to maintain it and Check for signs of issues. Everything was done within less than 1 hour. Lastly, the bill was not that expensive as I experienced before, given such an emergency call after Christmas. Parts cost is comparable to those online or local shop, labor fee is reasonable. I shared my story of being extorted for the same issue with 2-3 times of the cost compare to Gamin's, Chris said "we don't do this type of stuff, wanna make sure customer are happy and comfortable living in their house, and we can sleep well at night.". This is the most unforgettable part of this experience.

On Thanksgiving 11/23/2017 Roy was the 1st and one of the only companies to return my call and I called 8 different HVAC companies (as well as the biggest names in Buffalo). He showed up on time and assed the problem in minutes. He had to replece the thermostat and he did it quickly and very professionally and kindly. He checked and rechecked things to make sure it all worked perfect. It cost me 220$. It was only 30 dollars more due to Thanksgiving Day. I have had Roy at my house 3 or 4 different times to my house and it was always very resonable. He was also very loving to my animals. Roy is the best!! Please give this good man a try for your HVAC needs.
