We are extremely disappointed with this company’s workmanship and lack of professionalism. In late summer of 2022, a two-person crew was sent by Jim Brown to install Rosetta steps and a paver landing at our front entry stairs. However, the steps were installed with an unintended curve and significant gaps between the steps and the ground where it was not backfilled. Additionally, the paver landing is unlevel and not centered to the entry stairs. Basically it looks like a DIY job.We contacted Jim, who took over a month to come out to assess the situation. We are extremely disappointed with this company's workmanship and lack of professionalism. In late summer of 2022, a two-person crew was sent by Jim Brown to install Rosetta steps and a paver landing at our front entry stairs. However, the steps were installed with an unintended curve and significant gaps between the steps and the ground where it was not backfilled. Additionally, the paver landing is unlevel and not centered to the entry stairs. Basically it looks like a DIY job.We contacted Jim, who took over a month to come out to assess the situation. He quickly acknowledged the job needed to be redone and promised it'd be fixed by end of season. However, this did not happen but we remained patient, assuming time constraints before winter caused the delay.In March of this year we reached out to Jim again and a week later he responded, saying he hadn't forgotten and was working on a schedule and would soon let us know when he'd fit us in. As of July 2, 2023 he has neither shown up nor provided a timeline for the repairs. Furthermore, he has stopped responding to our messages altogether. Because of this, we have been unable to proceed with a permanent railing installation and landscaping while we work to figure out a solution without incurring additional costs on top of the over $6,000 already spent. Jim has left us no choice but to seek help from The NYS Dept of Consumer Protection and the Federal Trade Commission in order to ensure that his company rights this wrong.

We have used Landscapes Unlimited of CNY multiple times. Each time the jobs were done professionally. Jim is always available for questions before, during and after the work is completed. The crew is always very friendly and hard working. We are very pleased with the work that has been done. Many compliments from neighbors.Services: Concrete sidewalk building
