Ever since COVID, the service at this store has been horrendous. It is virtually impossible to even get through on the phone...I'm writing this after nearly an hour on hold AFTER being hung up on more than once. Well, after 45 minutes, the line disconnected...ridiculous! I'm not submitting this review to bash but in hopes that they might do something about their customer service procedures. Incredibly frustrating lack of attention to customers.

This was the worst experience possible. Our first appointment was a telehealth with the dr and they could not get there systems working after waiting over an hour they told us it would be at least another hour for both of my kids. We went to reschedule and of course there were not any appointments available, they said they would call. I was at work and the girl from the office called me 4 times. When I called back they put me on hold for 5-10 mins. I hung up. Finally got appts set up. We arrived at our appt time and they didn't have the frames they told us they would keep on file. After waiting over an hour again we finally got in to be seen, I am disgusted with this...read full review

Could really not of been worse. Dr Painter barely had me in the chair for more than a minute maybe two. He had me read one...yes One line with my right eye and NONE with my left. When I asked about the condensed version of eye exam he said all was ok. I had a few changes in my sight that concerned me and really before I finished my questions he already was saying "that's normal" totally dismissing my questions. Things didnt get better at the picking out of glasses, the clerk keying in the information never asked a single question about the type of lens or tinting or coating, nothing. When i suggested that I would like tinting she was of no help. I have been going to Empire...read full review
