My family & I are long time patients of Cicero Family Eye Care. We always have a great experience. Everyone is always so friendly. They have an awesome selection of frames and the staff is always helpful when we are selecting our frames. I genuinely feel cared about as a patient.

Great experience. I saw Julianne Shelton and dealt with Danielle up front. Julianne was so thorough and informative. Actually Danielle was as well. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. It seems like everyone really enjoys being there which creates a great vibe for customers.Julianne is the first eye doctor to listen to me when I complained of redness and irritation in my eyes. She investigated that and determined I have extremely dry eyes. The last time I went to an eye doctor I was ignored regarding that - told to keep using lumify and that I needed two pairs of glasses; one for driving and one for indoors. Doctor was very thorough for my exam. I hadn't had an exam in a few years and she was very patient and detailed throughout the whole process. The people upfront took there time with me getting new frames, everyone was very friendly.
