Purchased my suv from here that I've been manifesting for years!! I love it so much. It was a very smooth experience dealing with Devin and Debra despite the current car times (post-COVID) and understaffing. They were very transparent and I didn't feel like I was being wheeled or dealed. I would def come here again!

Had the 30K mile service completed on my 2011 RX450. Mike was very courteous, kept me informed and offered me a loaner. My SUV now runs smoother and I feel much safer! Thank You Mike and Service Staff!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I traveled from Philadelphia, PA this weekend visiting my daughter in Syracuse. The rear window broke and was not closing. I woke up this morning and found the closest Lexus dealership. I arrived when they opened. I was immediately greeted warmly by two young men in the service department. I explained my situation and concerns traveling back to Philadelphia with a broken window. They took my car into service right away and determined the motor was broke. We all agreed I needed a quick fix and decided to plastic wrap the window.
