On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.
We purchased our home 2 years ago and lived with the original ugly yellow tile and dingy tub. We originally planned to replace the tub and tile as it was so dated. I contacted Ed and sent a video of the tub and tile and he was quick to respond with an estimate. He scheduled us and came a week later, on time to do the work. I cannot say enough what an incredible job he did. My bathtub and tile look brand new. My bathroom went from the 70's to 2024.

Great staff and service. Recommended by our local urgent care since they are open till midnight. I was skeptical at first with the banner out front, but the facility is updated and clean. They were fairly busy. Our visit involved an x-ray and maybe took 30 minutes.

It was a very smooth experience dealing with Devin and Debra despite the current car times (post-COVID) and understaffing. They were very transparent and I didn't feel like I was being wheeled or dealed. I would def come here again!

i’ve been coming here for years, for lash extensions and hair cut/color. everyone is so nice, they have snacks and water if you need anything during your appointment. the place is always clean and welcoming, i always recommend vanity to anyone looking for anything cosmetic

First time client. Walked in without an appointment and was able to sit right down for a cut. This was for my shy 9 year old son who showed a picture of what he wanted and was really happy with his cut. Only thing worth noting is it is cash only and I couldn't find that information on any Facebook or website prior to us stopping in. Thankfully I had cash. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to Ruby Nails for a few months now and Gina has repeatedly been fantastic every time I’ve had my nails done! I show her pictures of my design ideas and she nails it (lol) every. single. time. I even brought my to the extreme and very critical mother who always complains (both during and after the fact) with me once and even she was impressed with the services at Ruby. I make appointments via their website and she’s consistently always been ready to go. They have a large selection of gel polish to choose from, the salon is very clean, and they provide an extremely professional atmosphere overall!
I've been looking for a nail place for awhile now . Bern to this place a few times and my nails have never looked better . Very thin , beautiful shape . Most of all I'm not in pain . I dreaded going to have a fill . I always ended up with cuts scraped , just painful. No pain at all ! These guys are awesome . This is my new place !
Our first time at Studio 11. Becky cut my hair and Joe cut Larry's hair. We are both very pleased with our haircuts and will make this salon our go-to! Prices are excellent. We pay twice the amount in Florida in the winter.

EDIT!!! I’m only giving 4 stars because of my last experience. But if I had to only rate this experience with Brandy it would be one million. The owner of the salon and Brandy both reached out to me. They’re both so kind and genuine. Brandy and I talked forever about what we were going to do and she constantly checked in on me, making sure this is exactly how I wanted my hair. I will 100% be going back for all of my hair care needs.
First time customer : I’ve heard amazing things about this salon, my experience was anything but amazing. After waiting 1 hour before being acknowledged (I know I should’ve just left) Sandra finally asked if I was waiting to see someone else. I said no I’m here to see you. (She had a client prior that took longer than expected but she could’ve given me a heads up)She told me she couldn’t do the colors I wanted because ‘it wouldn’t work’ which is fine, we went another route. My first time doing a “fun” color in a long time…my hair came out a disaster. I should’ve said something at the time but I didn’t realize until I got home just how awful it was…she said I had a 1 week window to come back to get it touched up but after spending 6 hours and $200 there I can’t imagine going back. I mean, when someone hurts you typically you don’t run back for more. She was a sweet woman but if she didn’t feel like she was able to color my hair she should’ve been upfront with me. She said she’d text me a receipt which I still haven’t gotten. I also wanted to get mine and my fiancés eyebrows done but I guess that wasn’t in the cards. I hate leaving a bad review but I’m just so torn, while doing my hair she was telling me about a bad review she got a few weeks prior. Maybe she’s having a run of bad luck, I’m not sure. I genuinely don’t think my hair was worth the money spent and wish I never went to begin with. You live and you learn.
I went to John Paul's studio on Route 11 North in Cicero. My hairstylist is Rachael Stellmack. In my opinion, she is the best color stylist around. She's amazing at what she does. She treats her clients with respect & is warm and caring. I cannot recommend highly enough!

We have been going to Choice Family Dental for over 7 years. Dr. Querios and his staff are very professional and friendly.
I used to dread going to the dentist since I was a child, but Dr. Querios makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He takes his time to explain what he is going to do and always makes sure there is enough novacain so you may only feel pressure no pain.
His staff is great also. Cindy my Dental hygienist does a great job at cleaning my teeth. My teeth have been healthier since I started going there. I recommend Dr. Querios and his staff to all my family and friends.

We take our Big Fuzz to see Dr. Mollie Spillett for routine acupuncture services even though South Shore is about 40 minutes away from us. We've known Dr. Mollie for some time and she has always been a concerned and interested provider who genuinely wants to resolve (or stabilize) the presenting issues - no matter how complex the issues are.
Everyone we deal with at South Shore is pleasant and professional, waiting area and exam rooms are very clean, and appointment scheduling is flexible.
