“After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future.
