“My refrigerator broke and flooded my kitchen and down into my basement. I woke up to a complete mess. My insurance company gave me the number for Service Master. Less than an hour after calling 3 men were at my home and taking care of everything! Douglas, Bill and Jason were awesome!! They took care of everything and were so kind to me. They were fast and efficient. Within a few hours they had taken care of everything including talking to my insurance adjuster and helping to expedite my claim. They turned a horrible experience around with their professionalism and efficiency!! They came everyday exactly at the time they said they would to check the fans they left and the moisture levels.
