I’m convinced the only reason why this chain of opticians remains open is because of their deals with the PBAs throughout the state. It appears they only hire opticians that have decided to come out of retirement. I’ve had at least three different ones in the 3-5 years I’ve been forced to come here. I can ditto the other 1-2 star reviews that the front desk staff is rude, but clearly whoever owns this location doesn’t care as it’s been the same staff since I started going there. Every time I go to the location the office is closed during their office hours. Either they show up to open late or they take, what I am assuming, extended lunch breaks. Initially, the staff appeared to be friendly, but as I had more conversations with them, their rude behavior became increasingly challenging to navigate.Safe yourself a drive and try a different place

I went here for the first time today and everyone was beyond pleasant, helpful and this is going to be my permanent Optician. The doctor was very communicative and informative and the staff was lovely.
