After meeting with several pool companies, we chose ProCut for two reasons. 1. We liked that they would manage the whole project. With the other pool companies we met with, you have to contract separately with the landscaper to finish the job. Pool companies will not do things like regrade your backyard and build retaining walls (both things we needed). ProCut has existing relationships with pool companies, electricians, and plumbers etc. and they oversee all aspects of the project. 2. We had a good feeling about Alex. When we first met Alex, he told us that he does not just install pools, he transforms backyards. He asked what our ideal backyard would look like, then worked within our budget to make our dreams come true and we could not be happier. In addition to a free form heated pool with surrounding pavers, ProCut installed two retaining walls, one natural stone to level off the yard, and a second one with paving stones behind the pool with a water feature. They regraded the backyard, and did extensive tree stump removal (Alex was upfront and honest that he was not the most economical choice to clear a section of our backyard and referred us to a tree removal company). They installed fencing, planted trees for privacy, and laid down sod. They also installed the drainage system that was required by town code. We are both very detail oriented and Alex and his team were very easy to work with. When issues did come up he was able to come up with solutions that were often better than the initial design, and he did not nickel and dime us with change orders in the process. He is very passionate about landscape design and has extensive knowledge on construction and pool installation best practices. The crew lead by Hilmer was hard working and a pleasure to deal with. The town building inspector said it was the cleanest pool job site he has ever seen. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend working with Alex.

I used this company for a couple of years to do monthly weed control and yearly trimming hedges and maintenance. After two years I was told by Alex that is wasn't worth their time that they concentrate on larger jobs and really didn't want return this year after making us wait for almost a month I finally called since he never called us as back as promised. I was told it wasn't worth the money for them to send a crew to Orange County for a half a day since they did not have any other customers up here. So long story short yea they do good work when they do it and don't forget about you. But if you live in Orange County find someone else they cannot accommodate andnits...read full review

Absolutely great service. Mike came out and reviewed the work we needed, gave us great recommendations, and better/more permanent fix recommendations for our backyard draining issue, instead of recommending the other method other companies recommended that would only have addressed the issue for a year or two until the tree roots pushed up the soil again. They provided quick/excellent response times, and were able to start the work pretty quickly from the time we signed off on the quote. They did an excellent job, and we are really happy with their work. Have had some really hard rains, and the backyard drainage is SO MUCH BETTER. Thanks, guys!
