I really liked the doctors here. They actually listened and really took the time to get to know me. I just hate that they don’t accept my insurance anymore. However, this is one of the best clinics I've ever seen. I would return in a heartbeat if my insurance gets accepted again.

Dr. Hirsch in the Goshen office is a wonderful doctor. Listens, takes his time, respectful and I would highly recommend him. The office itself is frustrating. I have had numerous issues with my insurance at the office. They will tell me I don't have a co-pay and then send me a bill! This has happened on two occasions. I have had to call several times to have them resubmit insurance claims that were sent in under the wrong codes, therefore being denied from my insurance when they should have been covered. Horizon acknowledges the mistake, but then it takes several follow ups from myself in order to get things cleared up. Very annoying. A little bit better organization from the administrative staff and I would have felt very comfortable giving 4 or 5 stars.
