We took a big leap and are thrilled! Our old oil furnace needed to be replaced, on the coldest day of the season! so we chose to switch to central heat pump and air min-split. Shout out to the team at Alpine Air Heating & Air Conditioning who put in the new units in this old house of ours. This may seem an odd concept, but the crew are happy workers, they genuinely enjoy the company they work for and it shows in their work. No joke, today two of the crew were singing, “Hakuna Matata” from the Lion King, and having fun while working, love it!

Had a brand new system installed last winter and the original tech was not available to troubleshoot the cooling portion - which was not able to be brought on line. So I called Alpine and the gentleman who came out, Anthony, was able to diagnose the problem preventing the larger first floor unit from working and then test and determine that the smaller second floor unit was in operating order and could be turned on to help mitigate our heat problem in the house (averaging 79 degrees over the last ten days). Extremely professional, explains each step taken and giving a first-time HVAC owner a quick primer on how the system is supposed to work. Thanks to Anthony the temperature is slowly dropping in the house allowing us to live in a more comfortable environment.
