Outstanding. Mike arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues and offered several solutions. The work was completed on time, professionally and at a very fair price. Office staff, friendly and always called back, especially helpful because I live in Nevada and the work was being done in North Tonawanda. Highly recommend.

Zacher Electric is among the most professional of tradespersons in the Buffalo Area. We have used them for over 5 years. Each and every person that has helped us has been outstanding in knowledge, professionalism, and manners. When we have had a problem, it has been urgent, at times, and they have come that day. Theirwork is outstanding, and they always go the extra mile. Our first work was with Jesse, during the pandemic - he made sure everything was done, that day - and gave us great advice for the future. Best experience I’ve had with an electrician, quite possibly most positive experience I’ve had with any contractor. The quote was reasonable and the work was extremely professional and detail oriented. Kevin did an outstanding job on my service upgrade. I wouldn’t feel the need to quote anywhere else.
