I had great experiences at my visits at Value Vision. The whole staff are so friendly and nice, and the eye doctor (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to explain, in great detail, everything that is going on with my eyes. I highly recommend them!
This was my first time at this location...I wanna say thank you to the attentive staff with helping out and they did a great job answering all my questions! I recommend the value vison on on Genesee to be your first ?
Profesional courtesy coupled with great customer service flow. I am very appreciative of doctor's explanation of how my diabetes could affect my eyesight. Just picked up my eyeglasses and was fitted quickly and purposely. Thank you Value Vision - Cheektowaga
