We ordered our countertops through Home Depot’s kitchen program and after the installation we ran into an issue with the Kitchen island measurement being 5 inches shorter than what we ordered on the overhang. After speaking with the Owner Gregg we were able to solve this matter and I received my replacement soon after. The measuring/install staff were all great to work with and did a wonderful job. Overall, we are happy with our countertops and loving our new dream Kitchen!
You are so lucky to have such nice, personable, professional installers like Jan and Jonas, who installed 6 countertops in our new kitchen today!! I could tell they take their job seriously and were very efficient, working together to get the job done quickly and smoothly. Whenever I was nearby they would drop some more advice regarding the care of our quartz countertops, from cleaning to protecting and other do's and don'ts. They were super helpful and enjoyable to be around. Another crew stopped by to give them a hand for a few minutes and they were very polite and courteous also. My account manager Amanda was very helpful in helping me decide on my countertop and sink. It looks great and updates my kitchen.
Jonah and Jan my installers were so personable and professional. When they were installing my countertops we lost power in our area. They were not able to complete the seaming process. They felt so bad. Luckily they were able to come back the next day and finish. They both spent time explaining how to care for the countertop and sink.
