I have been taking my pets to Dr. Lisa ever since she was new to the Cheektowaga area . Many many years ago . Since then I have watched her practice grow . Now my kitty Punkie has been having some serious issues . I must say from the first time bringing him in Sarah has been right by our side . I feel Shes has gone that extra mile . She has answered all my questions , called to see how Punkie was doing . We are still in the process of testing but I feel more than confident with Dr. Lisa , Sarah and her all her staff .
We love Grandview and couldn’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else. Dr. Lisa and her staff are amazing and have been so accommodating to us over the years. My one dog has always been a nervous Nelly at the vet and they have always had patience with him and have worked around his nervousness in a way that he would feel as comfortable as possible. When our older cats got sick they went above and beyond to get them in quickly and treat them. I could never imagine taking my pets anywhere else for a vet. They all love Dr. Lisa too!
Nice people! I trust thir judgment re: caring for my pets. I have been a customer for a long time for 2 family pets, a beagle mix and a Jack Russell Terrier mix, both rescue dogs with issues from their beginnings. The staff are patient with the animals; the vet understanding, no rush. I've been taking my dogs here now for over a decade, and I'll be back.🤗
