We lived in our first house for 45 years and since it was built in 1930 we had not experienced all that goes into a new build. We were a bit overwhelmed at all the decisions to be made, but Matt and the design team were extremely helpful. Matt arranged for us to see an almost completed home which helped us envision the layout, room sizes, etc. Frank was with us every step of the way...even sending us photos while we were in FL...and he's still there for us as we settle in.We have been in our new home for 3 months and couldn't be happier. So far so good! We went under contract in January and have been pleased thus far. Jessica has been patient and knowledgeable and we have worked together/continue to work together to fine tune our vision. Communication has been great. Their homes are beautiful and we can’t wait to see how ours turns out!
