Today marks a year since we moved into our delightful new home built by Forbes Capretto in Western New York, and we have many reasons to celebrate! From the exceptional sales department, the seamless design and selection phase, to the home build process, every aspect was handled with utmost professionalism. The high standard finishes throughout our home have received countless compliments, and the build process was both timely and efficient without compromising on quality. As our 1-year direct builder warranty comes to an end, we want to praise Forbes for their exceptional service. Compared to our previous experiences building homes in different states, Forbes Capretto's quality is unparalleled. With only a single, barely visible nail pop, and very few items to be adjusted, we were amazed at how well our new home held up during its first year. The craftsmanship on the warranty work was impeccable, leaving us with a home that feels brand new even after a year of living in it. We wholeheartedly recommend Forbes Capretto to anyone looking to build a new home in Western New York, as they exceeded our expectations in every way.
