Please go elsewhere. I have been trying to get Dr. Dickman to discuss, address, or correct a completely botched procedure that he performed 7 years ago, for the past 7 years. He knew I did not live in this country at the time, and my twice or thrice visits home per year (that's 15-21 opportunities where I invited him to discuss it with me) were wasted again and again. Finally, now that I have returned, I have been much more insistent on finally resolving this, as he did not keep any part of his promises to me (and the majority of the damage he did is irrevocable). Dr. Dickman is a great dentist. I truly miss his attention to detail and his kind and caring demeanor. I had to leave because of his rude receptionist. She doesn't belong in the public at all.

I called Dr Dickmans office on a Friday night when an urgent issue. Even though they were closed, he personally called me back twice after I didnt answer the first time. He then scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. After my appointment he called me later Monday night just to see how I was doing. How is that for personal service?! He sincerely cares about each of his patients. I couldnt be more happy. My teeth look great again! Thank you Dr. Dickman, you saved my holiday smile
