Hideously unprofessional owner. Acts like a diva that runs a salon in NYC when she isn’t even good enough at hair to back up the attitude she dishes out. She will fire employees and then her husband will bad mouth you too. There are a plethora of fantastic salons in the north country, this isn’t one of them.

I’m new to the area and wanted to start tanning for spring as I do every year and wouldn’t mind meeting new people while I do. I called ahead to ask prices and asked if I could tan a single time to see how I like it before I pay. The female owner is the one I spoke to and she was very forward on exactly how I should tan and what days to tan, and also told me they only have a month unlimited or a package of 10 sessions (no singles). I knew being the only place even remotely close that I didn’t really have a choice even though she sounded so forward. I wanted to acknowledge Ashley! She did my brows and a trim today. My brows are difficult to do but she did a perfect job! I LOVE the way they came out and are exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Ashley!
