My aunt recommended the Jewelers Roost for a custom engagement ring built around a family stone. I couldn't ask for a better experience and the ring came out better than I ever could have imagined. After speaking with a few jewelers in NYC and getting unreasonable estimates, I was able to get everything in my ring that I dreamed of within budget. I shared pictures and my priorities (durability, comfort, aesthetics) and we came up with a sketch. This place is old school in the best way possible--you will learn a lot about the stones and metals, have an unrushed experience, and end with a final product that is completed by hand by a true master craftsman.
Helpful, fast, intelligent. These folks saved the day when no-one else could get my watch back off. The had the tools and knowledge to make it look easy, and were a pleasure to chat with. Need to find another reason to come by and visit soon. Thank you!!!
Absolutely fantastic service, craftsmanship, designs, repairs, and prices! I drive just over an hour to go to Keith and Adam, knowing that I’ll get exactly what I was looking for and not found in every other jewelry store! Couldn’t ask for a better jeweler!
