The Collective by JABFIT is a women-focused boutique fitness and lifestyle studio located in downtown Chappaqua, NY. The space includes small group fitness classes, a snack lounge with hot coffee, tea, cold refreshments, and healthy snacks, as well as a retail shop with activewear and accessories. The studio also offers baby, toddler, and children's programming, including classes like Arts and Crafts and Youth Fitness. For the safety of customers, the fitness studio has a Medify Air Purifier with HEPA Filter and Ionizer, and proof of vaccination is required to exercise without a mask. I love everything about this studio! The variety of classes make it hard to choose what to take as the instructors are all amazing and the studio has a warm and homey feel - like an extension of your own home.
This class was absolutely amazing! It perfectly combined strength training with high-intensity cardio, leaving me drenched in sweat. Gina is truly incredible—her energy and encouragement make the class so fun. Plus, her playlist is fire and totally pumps you up for the workout! Definitely taking this class again!
I recently took a HOT Powerbeat class with Ashley, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, Ashley was welcoming and made me feel at ease as someone just starting their fitness journey. Her knowledge and energy were truly inspiring, and she guided the class in a way that was both challenging and motivating.
