This review is of Margaret, NOT the entire salon. I donated my hair & my first time having short hair. I brought pictures showing many layers & angles framing my face & said I wanted to keep as much length as possible/be able to put it in a ponytail still. I told her I was nervous multiple times throughout & each time she did nothing to calm me & instead said things like, "learn how to style short hair, it'll be better than your hair before, you'll look like a "real" adult now, you need to get rid of your middle part, etc." I told her I am low maintenance & do not want hair I need to style/don't own a hair blower/don't... read full review

Just got back from my appointment with Kim. I am obsessed with my cut!!! Also, the salon was immaculate and is taking all the precautions- temperature checks, sanitizers, face shields, distancing... I felt extremely safe. I have always had amazing experiences with Salon 228. Kim is professional, super friendly, and so sweet. If you're looking for a post-quarantine cut, you can't go wrong with Salon 228!!!!
