I've been going here for years, along with many friends and members of my family. Kim and her team are always patient, meticulous and friendly, and they do a wonderful job. They've created a lovely, welcoming refuge where clients recover their smiles. Better than therapy!

I came on Friday to get my acrylics removed. I have never been in pain from this service, but at this place, they didn’t soak the acrylics at all. They were prying the nails off dry with a metal tool and I was sitting in the chair whimpering and tearing. I asked them to soak it off and do something else because it hurt so badly. They said no and continued what they were doing. My real nails ripped and they had to glue it together. After over an hour they were able to get most of the acrylics off, but I was in severe pain and they sprayed acetone on my bleeding nails when I told them not to. They said I would be charged $20 but they ended up charging me $45. I was in...read full review
