I found this business here and knew nothing about them but the reviews and pictures were very convincing so I gave them a call. I explained it was a small job in a 10x10 room with a closet and the oak floor had been covered for at least 30 years and in rough shape. We discussed some options and I answered all of his questions about the floor and the room and he said, sight unseen, it just needed a sanding and new coat of finish and would cost X and he could come do the job in 3 days and would only take 1 day. Luis and his team did an outstanding job in my home. Although it was a small job,he was the only one of four other floor services that even attempted to tackle the job. The work he did was outstanding. Not only that Louis is very courteous and a perfectionist with his work he also respects his clients homes. I saw on my ring camera that he actually wiped off his jeans before entering my home. When it comes time to doing my entire home I will without a doubt use Luis again as well as refer him to any of my friends or family.
