I found this business here and knew nothing about them but the reviews and pictures were very convincing so I gave them a call. I explained it was a small job in a 10x10 room with a closet and the oak floor had been covered for at least 30 years and in rough shape. We discussed some options and I answered all of his questions about the floor and the room and he said, sight unseen, it just needed a sanding and new coat of finish and would cost X and he could come do the job in 3 days and would only take 1 day. With some mild doubt I agreed but bored for the best, we've been screwed by contractors before. The day and time he said he'd arrive he did. He came in, looked at the existing floor, the bad floor and immediately said it would take 2 days not 1 because the existing floor was oil based, not water which I thought it was. I was pissed because now I'm assuming the job would cost twice as much and this already felt like bait and switch. Luis explained the job would overall take less time to do in total, but has to be spread out to allow drying time between 2 oil based coats rather than 2 water based coats and the price would be impacted. I got ready to ask him to leave and he said the price would GO DOWN $75!!! I asked him to repeat himself, he laughed and said rather than spending the whole day doing the floor it was only going to take him a few hours now, and come back tomorrow for another 30 minutes and that's it. Let me tell you how shocked I was at his honesty and professionalism. I'm today's market with inflation and all the nonsense that goes on with shady people Luis and his team were exactly what you'd hope them to be. They did an immaculate job on a really rough floor in the time they said and under budget. If I could give them more stars I would.

Luis and his team did an outstanding job in my home. Although it was a small job,he was the only one of four other floor services that even attempted to tackle the job. The work he did was outstanding. Not only that Louis is very courteous and a perfectionist with his work he also respects his clients homes. I saw on my ring camera that he actually wiped off his jeans before entering my home. When it comes time to doing my entire home I will without a doubt use Luis again as well as refer him to any of my friends or family.
