“Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. How often is it that you find a contractor in today's day and age that is honest, reliable, does incredible work, fairly priced and just a really good person. I was lucky enough to stumble into Gary from Aliperti after the first 2 flooring contractors ghosted me including one the week they were supposed to start my job. Thankfully I was given Gary's number from my carpenter who had also been impressed by Garys work from other jobs. I left a message and within an hour had a return call with an appointment for an estimate later that same day. Gary showed when he said he would and gave me a fair and reasonable price with a start date of the following week. Between the estimate and start date Gary called me several times to see if I had any questions prior to the job starting. Gary came the day before stripped a swatch of floor and put down several colors for my wife and I to choose from. Gary showed up when promised and restored my worn wood floors to what looked like a brand new install. All the imperfections including boards that had water damage were sanded out and filled to perfection. He and his partner were super neat and professional throughout the entire process. They did such an amazing job on my floors, brand new staircase and railings that I booked him on the spot for the remainder of the house.
