Missed multiple appointments, never called back after leaving multiple messages, brought a car with an expired registration to my child’s road test so she couldn’t take it, then told my child they made her a new road test appointment and brought her to it only for them to get there and find out they never made a new appointment. It has been back and forth with them for months missing appointments and other excuses for my child not being able to take her road test. Absolutely unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional. I took lessons with them that were offered at a school. My instructor was rude, sexist, and made me hate driving. I used to leave my lessons in tears and never went back. I forgot which instructor I had but he called me names and expected me to know how to drive right away. Go here if you want to be mistreated and not learn anything.

After 5 classes, my son Passed on his first time . John was very professional , always on time , and was very confident my son will be ready for his road test . My son had no complaints about John and actually liked taking the lessons .
