I give no stars. The guy Jackie is not only a felon but also a conartist he took off with my 500 dollars. I never got my money back but I have my life. The guy was in jail for 20 years protect yourselves and your family do not do business with him

We are currently trying to recover some of our lost money from a "contractor" who goes by the names: Jack, Jackie and Giacomio Frascone. He has listed his business as DJ Home Remodeling and Improvement, Eco Home Improvement and Liberty Home Improvement. We stopped him from doing a horrendous job of paving our pool and he took off with our money. The damage he did to the property needs to be fully repaired. Consumer Affairs confirmed that he is unliscenced and is on their "Wall Of Shame." It is difficult to recover money that has been taken like this. Make sure a contractor is liscenced and insured and check with Consumer Affairs before you start any work or pay any money....read full review

If there was less than 0 stars that is what I would rate this business and my experience. We hired Jack to install a tile floor and within the first few hours of the job his crew completely ruins the job. He ensured us he would use spacers, a level, and even leveling clips. His employee started out using none of these and laid almost the entire kitchen before i had to tell him to stop and use them. The next day Jack did not bring that employee back and he tried to fix some of the tile but they were layed so poorly the grout lines were difficult to look at and some of the tiles were trip hazards.
