We are incredibly grateful for the caregivers (sitters) who provided their care and companionship for my elderly mom. From the very beginning, they treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, always making her feel safe and valued. Their compassion went far beyond “sitting “ with my mom— they took the time to listen, to comfort her, and to make sure her needs were met with dignity. I used their transportation service to go to my endoscopy procedure at Stony Brook Hospital. My driver was Tomasa. She was on time, friendly, getting me there and back without any problems.
Picking the best care for a loved one is always a daunting task - you want nothing but the best for them. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the folks from Comfort Keepers. We have always found the staff to be attentive and compassionate - everyone from Donna who originally on-boarded my mom, to Kathy in the office to the actual staff that has come to assist my mother, everyone has just been top notch. My mother has felt very comfortable with the service she has been provided and, especially after being with them for over a year now, I feel very confident that we made absolutley the right choice.
