Absolutely fantastic! First time at America’s Best and couldn’t ask for a better experience! Dr. Greene was wonderful! And Sales Associate Andrea was incredible! Her customer service was beyond excellent! I’m very excited to receive my glasses when they come in! Thank you Dr. Greene and Andrea for making my first visit a wonderful one!!
Extremely polite and professional. Exam was the most complete I've had in years, They explained what was happening every step of the way. Have already recommended them to several friends, Very satisfied with exam portion, cannot wait for new glasses.
Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. When I picked up my glasses, one pair was really crooked when I got it. I had them remade at another location and now realize they were probably damaged when I got them. They also didn’t measure my lenses so I couldn’t see properly out of the glasses. Staff was pretty uninvolved during the selection process, which resulted in me getting two pairs of glasses made that really didn’t sit on my face well. Pat helped me return one pair and fixed the other pair as much as she could. Pat is FABULOUS! So knowledgeable and skilled - you can tell she really knows what she’s talking about.
