I had my heat and hot water converted from oil to propane by South Shore. Dennis and his team were professional, courteous and great to work with. Communication was great and Dennis clearly explained all aspects of the job to me. I highly recommend South Shore Plumbing.
I don't normally leave reviews but the level of service I got was outstanding. Had an issue with our boiler where it kept producing heat, even when our thermostat was set to off. Technician James was quickly able to determine the issue and offered the solution right away. James was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had previous contractors come and try to fix the issue but none were successful. I will definitely be considering only South Shore for any future plumbing and heating issues.
Dennis and his team are absolutely great! Dennis came to my house to look at a job I had re-connecting an old vent pipe that someone previously had cut out and rewiring a boiler that another company incorrectly wired. He knew exactly what had to be done how to do it and communicated the problem very well. He is very passionate about what he does and is very experienced and knowledgeable. His secretary Nicole is very responsive and courteous and the 2 technicians Kyle and TJ that came to do the work were friendly, efficient, knew what they were doing and very helpful answering my questions.
