I was not pleased with the installation of my microwave. Even though this took place a couple months ago I never received notification of when to expect delivery. I called the company and they told me to call the delivery people. What should've happened I should've gotten a call the day before and that never happened and when I called the office they said call the company basically I was getting a runaround. Finally they came as they rolled in the microwave they did it so my floor was spoiled. Another words they just didn't care. We went to Dunrite when we remodeled our kitchen. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. During this time of shortages the oven we ordered was months late. We were coming up to the holidays with no stove. The people at Dunrite made it right by getting us a loaner so we could have family over. They were also very competitive on the price and good with the installs. Very happy and glad to recommend.

This company was fantastic. Easy to make the appointment. Technician arrived on time, fixed my dryer in about 30 minutes. He was outfitted with many parts which I appreciated. It's always annoying when they come look, and say, "I'll be back in a week with the part". I know you can't plan for every situation, but this was a nice change. The technician was fast, competent and wore a mask (I did too). Price was very reasonable, and I hadn't even purchased the dryer from them. If/when I need to buy new appliances I am using them.
