“i started Red Light Therapy in the Long Island location at the end of June 2024. From my first session i could already see that this is something i was going to keep up with. I walked in feeling very tense, my body was also stiff bc i was dealing with pain in my shoulders and knees, After my first session I felt so relaxed and zen and the pain diminished dramatically. . Theresa and Erica are amazing. They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. So far i’ve done 4 sessions and Ive already noticed how my skin is so smooth and things are certainly firming up on my problem areas.
