“Elan did a great job installing the lock on my front door. He walked me through the different types of locks and helped me decide what was best for my door. When there were issues with the door due to the previous installation unrelated to him, he went out of his way to fix those issues without extra charge. His rate is very reasonable and he is very responsive. I called him in the morning and despite it not being an emergency, he swung by in the evening.
