Usually I had great experiences at this place. Dana is amazing!! Really every time I come they are so skilled, professional, and know exactly how to work with my hair. This time, however, Dana was unavailable to do my hair, so another lady did my hair. I wish I never got it done at all. She kept yanking my hair, using a rough brush and brushing my scalp in a way that hurt, and put the blow dryer on the roots of my hair at such a high setting, to the point I was considering telling her I was all done and ready to leave the way my hair was. One of the girls came over my mom apt 2 month ago . She did such a bad room did it so fast not caring about how my mom hair look..I never ever.will take her to Harvey's again. I was going to try them out. But ..after seeing what there did to my mom hair . No way I go there

When you come from out of town for a last minute trip it can be stressful to trust a new stylist with your hair. Barbie was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and also gave some great tips for my hair routine. She really took my hair to the next level! Love it ! Thanks Barbie!
