I booked an appointment one month in advance, because I have to take time off work for the appointment. I received confirmation of the appointment when I made it, and then the week of the appointment I received three confirmation text messages and an email confirming my appointment. When I got there I was told "she decided to take the rest of the week off, sorry!" I was not called, I did not receive a text message... nothing. I took the day off work for them to have me drive in and be turned away. I do not recommend. They are highly unreliable.

I just started attending this salon great stylist with good results but not enjoying political banter during my services. I go to relax and have an enjoyable experience . Not coming from my stylist makes it uncomfortable. This was my second visit.

A buzz cut set me back $36, that should be enough reason to avoid this place, but there's more. She just did a plain bad job. My neck line was uneven, there were whole tufts of hair behind my ears and on the back of my head that she just missed. I didn't notice them because she didn't show me the back of my head, and my girlfriend ended up fixing them later. Why would I ever go back to this place when for the same money i could buy clippers and do a bad job of cutting my hair myself.
