John has done fantastic work on our chimney. We had a new wood stove installed by another company after having a previous stove for 20 years with no issues. Within 6-8 weeks of the installation we had a chimney fire with the brand new stove and newly cleaned chimney. This damaged our tile liner and our former chimney sweep (a different company from the wood stove installer) installed a new liner. After this installation we had two more fires in much closer succession. John discovered the company who installed the liner had reduced the size of the liner which can cause significant issues and creosote build up (which obviously made the previous problem worse).
