“Dina Tran, who owns the Deluxe Nail and Spa salons in the area with her husband, is the most meticulous nail art professional I have ever been to. Her ANC manicures take one hour because she meticulously buffs and sands so that the result is a thin, perfectly smooth swash of color on every nail. She is also friendly and sweet, but allows for a quiet manicure experience as well. She's a treasure. Many of the other salon employees do excellent pedicures, but Dina is the perfectionist manicurist!“

“My 6 and 9 year old wanted to go for a spa pedicure today, so we decided to find a place in the center of town that we could bike to from our home. It was my first time trying Ellis Nails and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The employees were warm, friendly and totally incredible with my kids. I have brought my kids to nail salons before and some are not welcoming to children. One place we went even refused to paint my son’s toenails because he’s a boy. At Ellis, they didn’t bat an eye about it; they were absolutely wonderful - they even added smiley faces to my boys’ toes! We’ll absolutely be returning and recommending it to friends!“

But they do great nails and the prices are reasonable, compared to other places that charge $100.00 to take off and to put on a new A&C set they only charged me $50:00 plus $10 I'm a tip. I called the places in Troy at 1521 5th Ave and they wanted $75:00 for the same thing I paid $50:00 for. And don't let me forget to let you know that the place in Troy at 1521 5th Ave I got fungus for the first time in my life because of them.“

“I have looked EVERYWHERE for someone to do pink and white ACRYLICS! I am not an ANC fan and that seems to be all any nail shop wants to do these days. Others I have found that do them either don’t do them well or their product is not good quality! STEVEN is fairly new here but is AMAZING! I highly recommend him for anything you want done. He has been in the business for many many years and knows how to do a fantastic job! I am extremely picky and am beyond happy to have found him for my pink and white acrylics! . .

“I got my nails done for the first time at this salon. When I called I was easily able to make an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Cindy who was the nail tech who did my manicure. Cindy was extremely gentle with my nails, which is something I really appreciated. Cindy was very nice, asking if I liked the length, shape, and color before proceeding with the rest of my nails. Price was very fair. I was even given a small gift for the holidays! I will absolutely recommend this salon to anyone, and I will definitely be returning to future appointments. Thank you Cindy & staff!!“

“Vogue Nails has always been my go-to for my nail and pedicure needs! They take their time with you and are always recommended. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years and rarely get my nails or pedicure done anywhere else, unless I’m out of town. Go see them! ;-)
