I can not thank the ServPro of Putnam County enough for the amazing work they performed in our basement. We recently had a mold issue in our basement. We did not realize that our pumps were not working and since we don't use the basement that much, we didn't realize the extent of the problem. From start to finish, the ServPro team was professional and extremely thorough. They worked diligently and double checked everything. Every member of their staff made sure their job was done to our satisfaction.
